There are radiator sealants available at many auto parts stores. I personally have never been able to get them to work though another good way to seal a leak if it is on the aluminum part of the radiator is to solder it with silver solder.
However, in general the only real solution is a new radiator.
if your in a bind and your desperate and just so happen to have eggs available keep in mind that you can throw a couple of them in your radiator when its still warm and the eggs will cook and when they do they will fill the cracks a little so you can limp it somewhere, no racing.. hope this helps... oh ya do this while its running for those of you with less common sense than us other people
If coolant is leaking from a car it means that your radiator has a hole in it. If this is not fixed the car will over heat.
The transmission oil cooler inside the radiator is no good and allowing the fluids to mix. Not a good situation, don't drive it until it is fixed.
The radiator will need to be replaced. Sometimes, it may seem that the radiator itself is leaking but it could be the radiator "hose" that is leaking. In this case, the radiator hose needs to be replaced and clamped tightly.
Check radiator hose, leaking water pump, look for hole in radiator, leaking coolant bottle or leaking seals.
Maybe it's not the radiator. Maybe it is one of the radiator hoses that is leaking. Or possibly the radiator cap or a level sensor.
A leak in a coolant system can usually be fixed by replacing a hose. If the leak is at the end of the hose, a new clamp might be necessary. If the radiator is leaking, the radiator might need to be replaced.
