The Infiniti J30 is the same thing as the Nissan Altima. In fact the Altima is Nissan's version of the J30. However, being that it is an Infiniti, parts are more complicated and most probably will not match. Infiniti is a luxury line and is meant for dealer maintenance only, whereas the average do-it-yourselfer can fix a Nissan. If you need Altima parts your best bet is to check the junkyard.
Nissan introduced a hybrid version of the Altima, but unfortunately it has not lived up to the car company's expectations. The hybrid Altima has been available only in several states in the U.S.A., and it seems that Nissan would have trouble in expanding sales nationwide. The decision to cease production of the hybrid Altima has been balanced by the development of the Leaf, which is an electric car that is much more fuel efficient.
The simple and really only answer I can give you is to find the leak and repair it.
Only the ones that are sold in Canada. You can have the dealer to install them though.
the doors will only open manually
Only if and when they start leaking and go bad
you can't. only llamas can. So, hire a llama.
