The Mini Cooper uses a blue dyed ethyl glycol coolant. The original green engine coolant will blend well with the BMW/ Mini coolant.
Red coolant typically contains organic acid technology (OAT) inhibitors, while blue coolant contains inorganic inhibitors like silicates. OAT technology is designed to last longer and provide improved corrosion protection compared to traditional blue coolant. It is important to use the correct type of coolant recommended for your specific vehicle.
the blue color. check the reservoir
The 1997 Geo Tracker uses Beck Arnley 252-1501C Blue 50/50 Premix coolant. The Geo Tracker has a coolant capacity of 5.5 quarts.
All BMWs use a ethylene glycol based coolant, anything compatible with the green coolant will suffice, however BMW o.e coolant is blue, but still glycol based none the less.
the 2.8l vr6 engine requires approximately 4 liters of coolant, DO NOT use glycol based coolant, buy Pentosin blue or red coolant depending on your needs. Glycol based coolant WILL have harmful effects on your motor over time.
get the universal antifreeze it can be used with the blue or red antifreeze
We use green! I would say it doesn't really matter - but would go for the pink if in doubt.
Use only BMW recommended coolant.
use half coolant and half water
What ?????????????
It should say on your oil cap or I would use 5w 40 full synthetic
