I hope I'm understanding the question right, but you can tow any car. If you have a solid hitch bar just connect it to the front of your car and the back of the vehicle that is going to tow you. Make sure your car is in nuetral, and put on your emergency flashers. If you are using a tow rope, someone will have to be in your car in order to steer and be able to use the brake. The latter, is not always the safest, but if you are careful, and traffic is not busy, then you should be OK. Or you can just call a tow truck if you've got the money.

The above is TRUE only for very short, slow speed towing!

Most modern transmissions, manual as well as automatic, have an internal pump to lubricate the input/output shaft bearings.

Extended towing at highway speeds will destroy the transmission.

If the question is pertaining to towing behind an RV (or such), contact the dealer for your car model specifics.
