Shipping Bill/ Bill of Export is the main document required by the Customs Authority for allowing shipment. A shipping bill is issued by the shipping agent and represents some kind of certificate for all parties, included ship's owner, seller, buyer and some other parties. For each one represents a kind of certificate document.
Certificate of Origin is often abbreviated C/O or COO, it is a document used in international trade. The main purpose of receiving a COO is getting preferences in import and export operations.
Export houses are awarded star certificate. This certificate is valid for 3 years from the time of licensing. Expired certificate must be renewed within 6 months.

In general export documentation refers to the bill of lading, or shipping document, the commercial invoice reflecting the transaction between the buyer and the seller, the packing list showing the goods actually being sent and, occasionally, a certificate of origin or some other supporting documentation. Though, these documents are usually commodity specific.
To save individual InDesign pages instead of the entire document, after selecting export to PDF, the export dialogue box appears. You can set the range of the pages you wish to export. Also, make sure that the its set to export "Pages" and not "Spreads."
Your best bet is to create a google docs document. When you are finished, export into pdf.
