A mint-mark on a coin is a letter designating the location of the mint where the coin was made. "D" for Denver, "P" for Philadelphia, "S" for San Francisco.
RPM is a coin collecting slang for "Repunched Mintmark". It refers to when the mintmark on a coin has been struck twice, and you can see remnants of the first mintmark underneath the second mintmark.
If the coin has a Mintmark it is on the back of the coin, above the letters DO in dollar. If no mintmark the coin was minted in Philadelphia.
If the coin does have a mintmark it would be under the "DO" in dollar on the back of the coin.
The mintmark will be on the reverse of the coin under the wreath. The mintmark will either be a D or S or may have no mintmark, in the case of a coin with no mintmark it was minted in Philadelphia.
What kind of coin? What condition is it in? Does it have a mintmark?
If the coin has a CC mintmark it will be on the reverse
Yes and no. If your coin was minted in Denver it will have a "D" mintmark, however, if your coin was minted in Philadelphia, it will have no mintmark.
The "W" you see is not the mintmark, it is instead the designer's initials. Rather, the mintmark (if any) is found on the reverse of the coin after the "E" in "ONE DIME". If your coin has no mintmark, or an "S" mintmark, it is a common coin that unless in really great condition, generally sells for about $3 or so. On the other hand, if you have a "D" mintmark, you have an exceedingly rare coin worth several hundred dollars even in the worst condition.
The coin is worth one cent that's it, the lack of a mintmark just means the coin was made at the Philadelphia Mint. No US cent has ever had a "P" mintmark.

The only mintmark it could have is the Carson City (CC) mintmark, it's on the reverse under the eagle. The coin was also struck at the Philadelphia Mint and this coin will not have a mintmark.
The mintmark (if any) will be found under the 2 in "2002" on the front of your coin. Keep in mind that your coin may bear no mintmark.
