A stitch unpicker, also known as a seam ripper, is a tool used to remove unwanted stitches in sewing projects. Safety points to consider when using a stitch unpicker include keeping the sharp point away from your fingers to avoid accidental cuts, using it in a well-lit area to prevent eye strain, and storing it in a safe place when not in use to prevent injury. Additionally, always handle the tool with care to avoid damaging the fabric or injuring yourself.
Oh, dude, safety points for a stitch unpicker? You know, the main thing is don't poke yourself with it, like, obviously. Also, don't leave it lying around where someone could step on it, that's just asking for trouble. And, like, don't try to use it as a toothpick or something equally ridiculous. Just common sense stuff, really.

Do not use a closed stitch marker, those are for knitting. A crochet stitch marker looks like a giant safety pin, or you can use a regular safety pin. Simply insert the pin into the stitch in the same place you would insert your hook to make a stitch, and close it. When you get to that stitch again, take the pin out and move it up to the next row.
a safety is worth 2 points for the opposite team.
you are probably not picking the stitch up in the right spot so you are getting lets say 1/2 the stitch and then again getting 1/2 again .. but you you only do it sometimes.. when you learn to knit stay to the points of your needles at first to make it clearer to see the stitch .. chances are you are doing this at the first stitch when you turn
what are the safety rules for a marking knife
would you believe , its called a 'quick unpick' it comes in a case much like a mascara case. the actual unpicker pushes into the holder, and to use it you pull out the unit, reverse it and push it back in. then, you have a holder with the unpicker at the other ende to the holder. Dave
An unpicker is also called a seam ripper, which is another word for a small tool used for unpicking stitches. You can stab and or cut your finger with it if you are not careful.
