Use ground beef or ground chuck. For better quality and flavor, look for the Black Angus label.

You can add seasoning to your burgers, or not. There are many different recipes available. For a basic beef burger, form a handful of the ground meat into a patty. Add or take away meat to make the patty the size you want. Fry or grill the meat patties until brown on one side. Turn, and brown the other side.
