It is typical to lose fat or volume on the face as we age. Losing baby fat or subcutaneous fat makes us appear gaunt and old, while having a chubby face can make you look years younger. While the western world treats volume loss with injections (either silicon based or actual fat from other areas of your body), the eastern world has a yogic breathing technique (also known as pranayama) that can help you maintain the fat on your face (prevent you from losing any more fat or volume on the face). Here's what you do:
1. 1. Sit in a comfortable position
2. 2. Keep your head straight and inhale for 5 seconds
3. 3. Touch your chin to the base of your neck and hold your breath for 5 seconds
4. 4. Exhale for 5 seconds
5. 5. Do steps 2-4 a total of 4 to 5 times a day
Good luck to everyone!
Unlike muscle, you can't gain fat on just one part of your body. If you gain, you gain all over. And the method is through increased calorie consumption; but do it moderately.
well if you want to gain muscle is to work out and you don't lose fat
It's impossible to gain muscle from fat. You get muscle from heavy exercises and protein :>
Because the founders knew a black ski run that ended in 'face' and fat in the eyes of one of them meant 'good.' It however has nothing to do with liking fat people...
calories burned- calorie intake positive number = lose fat negative number = gain fat
There is no fat reduction method that is targeted towards the face. The best thing you can do is maintain your muscle while burning fat. As you are burning fat, you will lose fat from your face as well. How fat is burned depends on the body type of course.
The face is one of the last places to show weight gain so that means you gain in the entire body. Usually, the weight shows up as a double chin on the face. I am not sure it is worth it.
