How to evolve feebas?

In Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire You must evolve Feebas,probably the rarest none legendary Pokemon ever. To catch feebas, you must Super rod on route 119 and Feebas can be found on 6 random tiles depending on the catchy phrase in Dewford town i suggest you super rod each tile 2 or 3 times as i did and found a Feebas colony after an hour and got male and female so i could breed. the catchy phrase i used was "Count On_Me" and found a clony before you reach Fortree town when you go down the steps shortly before the waterfall and use surf and go a few steps down(as much as possible til you hit the wall, go right intil in front of the first tree/shrub and super rod right there. If that doesnt work kepp looking for tiles or try a different catchy phrase, if the dude wont want to change the catchy phrase just keep trying tiles. To then evolve feebas you must maximize its beauty by feeding it blue/indigo pokeblocks. Once done, Feebas will evolve upon level. Good Luck.

In earlier games, raising your feebas' beauty to maximum level. In generations 5 and onward, it will evolve when it is traded while holding a prism scale/
