Don't know if this helps, but this is how you tighten a 750 years 90 - 96 Loosen the bearing holder pinch bolt, (hexagonal bolt on swing arm behind the chain on rear wheel.) Adjust the drive chain slack by turning the bearing holder using the pin spanner (a bit like a C peg spanner) and handle (included in the tool kit) the slack should be between 15-25mm Tighten the bearing holder pinch bolt. torque to 55Nm This is taken from the Honda service manual 90-96 VFR750F and worked on my FS (95)
put the bike up on the centerstand. loosen the large pinch bolt on the swingarm near the rear sprocket. locate the adjuster 'wheel' slightly smaller than and just to the inside of the sprocket that you need a spanner wrench for. the spanner tool comes with the vfr toolkit... if you don't have the toolkit that came w/ the bike it might be a bit harder to adjust. place the spanner tool on the adjuster wheel and crank clockwise to tighten the chain. retighten the pinch bolt after the correct chain tension is established. I'm not sure what the torque specs are for the pinch bolt but it's a large bolt so tightening it a bit over isn't the worst thing in the world. hope this helps.
1997-2001

Per the Yamaha service manual, a 2001 Warrior uses a NGKD8EA plug and the gap should be 0.024" to 0.028"
About 55 -60 maybe 65
Loosen the 2 bolts on back axle.... then turn the center carrier it is what is called a concentric and will tighten chain. BUT don't tighten to much
About 2.5 Quarts of 10w 40 wet clutch oil.
About 2.5 Quarts of 10w 40 wet clutch oil.
on the left side, bottom frame rail, just under the engine in front of the foot pegs
Probably not.Yamaha changed these every 1-3 years so you would have to buy replacments from the dealer.Just because they look the same does not mean they are compatible with other electrical componets.
Ther are two bolts for the eccentric on the rear loosen the bolts and turn the eccentric to tighten . Chain should have a quarter inch slack in the middle ( with rider on machine ). When you sit on machine the pivot tightens the chain so dont get it too tight it will break .
