- Do not drink water or any other drink b4 you go to bed.
- Go to the bathroom b4 going to sleep
- Wake up about 4-6 times at night and try to use the bathroom
And if you just keep peeing on your self just do this
- Keep a towel or plastic under you so that you will not soil your covers.
