This is not a button used for fastening a garment. It is made of metal. It attached to your clothing by means of a pin on the back, rather like a safety pin. A pin back button usually has a witty saying, political slogan, or picture on its face. (Other buttons may have a tie-tack clasp: a straight piece of metal that goes through your clothing and has a separate metal piece you put on the back to hold it in place, kind of like a pierced earring.)
The 'button' is held onto the mirror socket with a very small Allen key. Find this and unscrew it.
The company the produces the most plastic buttons for clothing use is Waterbury Button. The company that produces the most metal buttons for clothing use is M&J Trim. Other companies include Sunya and Citic Trim.
To remove static from clothing, you can rub a dryer sheet on the fabric or spray a mixture of water and fabric softener on the clothing. Additionally, you can try using a metal hanger to discharge the static by lightly rubbing it on the fabric.
cut it out of the clothing
It stitches buttons to clothing.
no because there is not a button
Unplug switch. On top of switch you will find a small spring loaded metal button. While pushing down on button, pull out on head light switch knob. Knob should now come out of switch. [ headlights will come on, you might want to disconnect battery] Now remove round nut on front of dash. After replacing switch, just push headlight knob into new switch [no need to push metal button].
