Show them that exercising is in their best interests. Cite the benefits of exercising. These include, but are not limited to: increased energy, a healthier body, weight loss (if they're overweight).
Make it easy for them. Offer to help keep them on a schedule. Plan out when they should exercise and how often. Plan workouts and keep them motivated about making each and every one.
