How do you make a good decision under pressure?

Have a very clear idea of your goals and your priorities, and use it to guide your choices. Taking a good decision takes a lot of the mental processing power. Bearing the pressure also consumes a lot of that power. You have to somehow get out of the pressure and focus your entire mental processing power to the decision making process. If you have to face such problems again and again, you have to practice your mind to face this by strenghtening it through meditation and various methods.

How peer pressure and decision making are related?

Peer pressure can influence decision making by urging individuals to conform to the choices or behaviors of their peers, even if it goes against their own beliefs or values. This pressure can make it challenging for individuals to make independent and rational decisions, as they may prioritize social acceptance over their own well-being or morals. It is important for individuals to develop strong decision-making skills and self-awareness to resist negative peer pressure and make choices that align with their own principles.

What does it mean when a person is uncommitted to make a decision they say we will see?

They might have something going on to prevent them from making the decision. Maybe you should ask them what's going on. Or maybe the person thinks someone won't like his answer and they're under peer pressure. It might mean that making this decision is hard for them, and they're waiting for advice or thinking. So, in the end, to whoever is asking this question, just wait it out and hope they make a good decision. It's all you can do.
