Go in to my computer then go to local disk C/Program files/Actavision/Call of duty 4/players then once you found your profile name click the whole file and delete. Hope that helps :)

The highest possible rank on Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare (COD4) is 10th prestige level 55. This is basically level 55, 10 times over. However this doesn't mean that you can no longer rank as you still do earn additional XP and it all still goes on your leaderboards.
