Most likely it is the Fan Control Module. It is a rectangular box located underneath the battery. There are 2 plugs going into it, 1 with 4 wires and 1 with 10 wires. Coolant tends to leak on them and short them out, so check for coolant leak from the reservoir while you're in there.
