The easiest way is to simply use the heel of your foot to kick the springs off the anchors, work boots work best but sneakers will also do. Once the cover is free, use a friend, stand at opposite sides of the shallow end and fold the cover onto itself using the horizontal strap lines as fold-guides. then once it is folded, roll it up, and it should fit right into your cover bag
