You don't. Anything that alters a coin's current state, even if it's damaged, will almost always make the situation even worse. The idea of "fixing" a coin like you might fix a piece of furniture is frowned upon by collectors.
In fact, "improving" any antique almost always decreases its value unless done by a professional restorer. Watch Antiques Roadshow sometime and see the Keno brothers tell someone who varnished Grampa's old armoire that they just knocked $5,000 off its value.
A scratch in a silver piece can be buffed out by a jeweler or silversmith. Since this means rubbing away the silver until the scratch is no longer visible, a particularly bad scratch on a thin piece of silver might not be "fixable."
Sometimes it's better to keep wearing a scratched piece of silver jewelry until it develops a kind of brushed finish or patina from wear. This looks a lot different than the bright shine of an unscratched piece, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, and it's not always practical to try keeping a silver ring or bracelet scratch-free.
you cant
just throw it in the garbage
no
take it to a video shop :)
Most times it does not work
Nope
you probably could but i know you can with mayo =)
The disc can be professionally polished and cleaned
use windex it really works!! :)
there is a way to get rid of scratches .Use dish washing gel and hot hot water and scrub with a dry rag and dry it with a dry soft soft rag
Most home remedies do not work and there are professional machines that can polish the disc. It is better to replace the disc and not try to remove the scratches
Just don't screw the next one up.
