Partially. Their is a strangers mission where somebody from the government tells jack marston that the man who killed john is retired at his house. When jack goes to the house, the mans wife tells him he is on a hunting trip. jack marston finds him, and they have a duel. since strangers are considered side-missions, it is only partially the end.
