Satin is often hand wash only, which means that drip dry is the best way to dry them. That said, drip dry should not mean literally dripping. Lay the clothes out on a clean towel in one layer, roll that towel up tightly, then unroll the towel and hang the pieces up to dry. This will prevent them from dripping but won't damage the fabric like wringing it out can.
