There areA(and one takes in the infinite life span of reruns) TV and other serial Cartoons poking fun at Blindness(Mr. Magoo), Mental retardation(Baby Huey, who used to chant (I"m a Mental retard!) and such subjects as homosexuality and race-mixing (Top Cat and Oddball cou0ple) and some cartoons hinted at inter-racial romance(Movie version of Stuart Little and old comic book version of Uncle Wiggily-why did he have a live-inmaid who was a different species?wjhy not betty Bunny, R.N. IT"s no laughing matter.

1. Teenagers who like the music
2. Toddlers who like the stupid jokes made by Patrick
3. Children who like the stupid jokes also!
