The booth that cars are painted in is not an oven. Although some do have heat lamps to reduce cure time between coats. There a couple of types of booth. A few examples of these can be seen at a manufacturers web site here:

A downdraft paintbooth is the gold standard, drawing fumes and overspray away from the car, while drawing them past as little of the car as possible.
