Go over the bridge, (the gold one, north of the city) then go to the left. surf on the water. (down, left, down, left, so on,) until you get to a cave. You will need rock smash. Enter the cave, and explore. After a while of exploring, you will end up in the basement, (after going to the second floor) and the surf, mewtwo is somewhere down there.

well first you go to mewtwo's lair this is very dificult click over and over in the top right hand corner of the mewtwo lair screen once you find him teach him toxic and doubleedge go to trainer battle and type"482301" you will battle a guy with 6 shiny blisseys use toxic then use double edge twice then send out another Pokemon and it will die atomatically because blissey will use flamethrower. repeat this until the blissey dies when you do that your mewtwo will be at level 78.
