Perhaps it is from the I-Ching. The I-Ching is an ancient oracle.
If you are meaning the flower violet, I know that it is the flower for aquarians. If you mean the color, I can't help. A solid purple tattoo would be an homage to Sailor Jerry Collins, the great tattoo artist who made the first safe purple tattoo ink.
national policy from the quicksand of racial injustice to the solid rock of human dignity.
well this all depends on how many colors you are using, how big the picece is u want done, where on your body it is, who your getting it done by, are they a quality artist or not, are you paying a well-known artist to do it or some no-name guy that runs a shop nobodys ever heard of? the question is way to general to give a solid answer.
I'm going to guess that you are asking about laws regarding unlicensed tattoo artists? Blanket answer? There are laws AGAINST them. They vary in severity depending on where you are, but most places have pretty solid laws stating that you must have a licensed establishment, be it out of home or not.
For a solid color you would use a sharp needle
An arm band tattoo could have different meanings depending on the individual. A solid black arm band tattoo could signify mourning.
You should use an inoculation needle for making smears from a solid media so you can control how much specimen is put onto a slide. This method is easier for solid media and you would use a loop for liquid media.

No, in the state of Arizona you do not need a lisince to tattoo or a certificate. The only regulations are that you tattoo out of a facility that follows the state procedure, (hard solid floors, propper sterilizing equipment, sink with hot running water, etc.) The actual law states it is unlawful for a person to perform a tattoo business out of their home or any unfit structure.
covering with solid black is a bad idea. most of the time, you can still see the underlying tattoo. the rose is probably a good idea (organics make for GREAT coverups), but you should seek the advice of a well-experienced tattoo artist for any cover up.
The needle is solid, it's density higher than water's. The ship is hollow, its overall density lower than water's.
Using an inoculating needle ensures that a small, controlled number of bacteria are transferred to the slide, allowing for a more accurate representation of the bacterial population. It also minimizes the risk of contamination from surrounding environments, leading to more reliable and reproducible results.
I'm not totally positive about this, but the last time I was getting ink, my artist said that you can tattoo white over black if its solid. Haven't tested it, but that's just an idea!

Magnetization of a needle is a physical change because it does not involve any chemical reactions. The alignment of the magnetic domains within the needle is rearranged to make it magnetic, but the composition of the needle remains the same.
The surface tension of water creates a layer that the needle rests on, despite being denser than water. The needle's weight is dispersed over a large enough area that it balances the upward force of surface tension. This allows the needle to remain afloat on the water's surface.
