R-134. All cars/trucks 1994 and after use R-134. 1993 and before use R-12.

Many lube shops are now using 5 W30. 10 W30 still works well too. Just ask the folks at your oil change shop what they recommend.
1993 jeep Cherokee uses R12. But, if your vehichle has been upgraded it would be R134a. Look at your compressor, located on the mid lieft front side of the engine compartment. If it's OEM it should tell you what type of refrigerant is used. Also, you can look at the engine compartment sticker, located drivers side, against the fire wall.

there is no distributor on a 1994 firebird v6. It is a DIS and uses coil packs. there will be 3 coil packs and it should be listed on them which cylinder iteach coil goes to.

on the main gas line that goes to the injectors.
The wire goes to the coil, which is bolted to the drivers side head in the front of the motor.
Should be 134, but, check with dealer first.
