Any antifreeze brand from a well known oil company will do. To be on the safe side buy only a well known brand at a service station. Dilute with distilled water 50 percent unless you are aiming at operating the Jeep under severe frost conditions, then use it undiluted or according to the producer's recommendations.

In 1975 no manufacturer was really recommending a particular coolant. So any good quality antifreeze will do as long as that is all that is in the system. Don't mix coolant types
a 50/50 mix with a good antifreeze i.e. Prestone Zerex etc.
It is time for some kind of scheduled maintenance. this could mean an oil change or timing belt replacement. Read your owners manual for the scheduled service intervals and compare it to your miles. A qualified mechanic can perform the work and reset the light, parts stores usually use the cheap code scanners so they may not be able to reset this light but you could try.
