To my knowledge, Susan Boulet never produced any signed/numbered prints of her work. There have been prints that have been produced of her pieces, and while the printing runs may have been limited to a certain amount of pieces, these were not numbered, nor were they ever signed. I was fortunate enough to meet her once at a showing in the early 90's and bought some unsigned prints which she graciously signed for me, so it is possible that there exist signed prints of her work, but they would not be numbered. Recent work has been done by The Turning Point Gallery to make exquisite, new prints of Susan's works which are numbered, although since they have been done after Susan's death, they are (obviously) not signed. Take a look on their website at www.turningpointgallery.com. They would be able to answer any further questions you may have.

Prints are run in large numbers and have no intrinsic value regardless of age. They are worth what someone will pay on e-bay. Prints may have some intrinsic value if they are signed & numbered limited edition prints. In which case you can take to an art gallery for an evaluation.

A signed-in plate typically refers to a numbered and signed sheet or page that is attached to a piece of artwork to authenticate its origin and ownership, often used in limited edition prints or special releases. This signed plate adds value and credibility to the art piece.
The value of any print, including Terry Redlin's, varies significantly based on the title, whether is limited or open edition, if it is signed, if/how it is framed, etc.
