No, this answer cannot be correct.

Several other answers to similar questions regarding the weight of an average adult healthy heart state that it weighs about 3/4 of pound. I have found the weight stated in grams anywhere from about 250 to 450 grams, which would yield a weight of 1/2 pound to 3/4 pound.
