A good pass the parcel prize for a 13 year old girl's party is makeup, jewelry, candy, funny pins, silly bandz, etc. Basically anything cute =)
A great way to celebrate any 13th birthday is to rent a limo, have the limo pick your child and his/her friends (guys and girls), then go to a hotel after getting a great spa treatment (manicures-pedicures and facials) for the girls and game room for the guys. The hotel could have a pool where they swim.
Ice skate or go to indoor pool
Some outside birthday party games for a 17 year old could be flashlight tag. Hide and seek in the dark. You could even do like a firework display.

A "Vintage 80s" theme could be a fun and nostalgic option for a 40-year-old's birthday party. Guests can dress up in 80s attire, listen to classic 80s music, and enjoy retro decorations and foods from that era. It's a great way to celebrate this milestone birthday with a dash of nostalgia and fun.
