Well, I highly recommend a tent. I've seen people do shows without a tent but rain or sun can both make your experience pretty unbearable and can even cause damage to all your hard work. Here's one common tent used: www.ezup4u.com You also want displays for your work. It depends on what you're selling but a proper display can make all the difference on whether or not people bother to look and your work and whether they buy it. Make sure it looks attractive enough to bring people into your booth, then that it allows them to get a better look without being rushed, crowded or uncomfortable (not hunched over a low table or craning their necks to look closely). Signage (with info and prices) is great, as are postcards with your contact info and a sheet for people to sign your mailing list. You'll also need a money box, calculator, pens, a receipt pad, something to wrap your items and bags of some kind. You can find many of these items at office supply stores or online.

A good KJ (karaoke host) with good equipment will charge anywhere between $100 and $250 a night. All depends on day/night of the week, how much equipment he or she is bringing and how long the show is. I would be wary of a KJ that charges $100 for a show. Ask to see the equipment or where one of their current shows is located. Some KJs that don't charge much have been said to have stolen their music. Karaoke music costs A LOT. On average, $3 per song. So if someone claims to have over 100,000 songs, but they only charge $100 to do a show... Some companies that create karaoke songs have been know to sue KJs for using stolen music, and the venue can be help liable as well. As an example, we (Barcrawler Entertainment) charge(s) $200 for a standard weekly show of 4 to 5 hours. I used high quality audio equipment that could be used to record a live band and top of the line karaoke software. You might ask why I don't charge more if I use expensive equipment. We have over 20 karaoke shows and we pay off my new equipment rather quickly because of this. I've noticed some KJs that charge $250 or more a show because its the only show they have and they are trying to pay off the thousands of dollars in equipment costs. We even cut deals on multiple shows per week. Advertising is part of our payment. We want to make the show successful so we do our best to get as many singers and listeners to be there each week.

No. A freight bill only shows that the equipment was shipped. A signed delivery receipt would be needed. The equipment could have been lost or damaged and therefore not, or no longer, an asset.
Trade Shows are actually conducted to promote the company products. Various companies of the same field exhibit their products with the help of special equipment called trade show displays. Efficient use of trade shows can gather more prospects or customers.
