Which aorta pump blood to left ventricle ascending aorta or descending aorta?

Blood goes in this order... Right Atrium -> Right Ventricle -> Lungs -> Left Atrium -> Left Ventricle -> Ascending Aorta -> Descending Aorta. So neither pump blood to the the Left Ventricle but the Left Ventricle pumps blood to the ascending aorta.

What does the left artriam do?

The left atrium is like a "turbocharger" for the left ventricle of the heart. It fills with oxygenated blood from the lungs, then contracts to pump the blood into the left ventricle. Here, the ventricle then contracts to pump the oxygenated blood all around your body.

What is the function system of the left ventricle?

left ventricle receives blood from left atrium.this blood is oxygenated. then the left ventricle contracts and pump the blood into aorta which supplies this blood to all parts of the body....

Does the left ventricle or left atrium pump blood to the lungs?

no

What is the function of left ventricle in circulatory system?

left ventricle receives blood from left atrium.this blood is oxygenated. then the left ventricle contracts and pump the blood into aorta which supplies this blood to all parts of the body....

What are chambers of the heart that pump blood out of the hear and to the arteries?

the left atrium and left ventricle are the heart chambers which pumps blood toward the artery. . . xD

Why do you think that the muscle of the left ventricle is thicker than that of the right ventricle?

The left ventricle has to pump blood through out the entire body. The right has to pump blood to the lungs which are really 'next door'.

Why is the wall of the left ventricle thicker than that of the right ventricle?

The right ventricle just receive the blood and pump it into the lungs only, but the left ventricle pump the blood to all round the body, to do the ventricle wall is more thicker, that's why the left ventricle have thicker wall..... Hope I helped you!! (Ivy Yumi Y)

Why does the left ventricle have a thick muscular wall?

The left ventricle has a thick muscular wall to generate high pressure needed to pump oxygenated blood throughout the body. This thick muscle allows the left ventricle to contract forcefully and efficiently, ensuring adequate circulation of blood to meet the body's oxygen demands.

What is the purpuse of the left ventricle?

To pump blood out to the body.

What is the significance of the difference in thickness of the myocardium of the right ventricle and the left ventricle?

The left ventricle pumps blood to the entire body, while the right ventricle pumps blood only to the lungs, which are immediately adjacent to the heart. Hence, the left ventricle has to pump with greater force, and requires more muscle to do it.

What takes blood from left ventrical?

The left ventricle will pump blood directly to the aorta.
