Montgomery Ward Model 30 aka stream liner was made by National Sewing Machine company from 1949 to about 1953 or so. It is a rotary machine with automatic tension. It does have reverse. Straight stitch only... a download of the manual can be downloaded free at Double Veil....it takes a while to show up so be patient.
I threw my cabinet out. It was junk! I got mine for FREE from a garage sale. There were no accessories. If yours has those and runs well someone might be willing to pay $25 maybe $50. Look on your local Craigslist to see what vintage machines are listed for. Keep in mind what people are asking is not necessary what they are getting. I just bought a Japan made White with solid cabinet for $12. She was asking $20. There were no accessories but it does work!
The model R is rare and hard to find.some sold for $100 to $1000's
115Everything depends on condition. I picked up a UUR 279 for $10.00. Normal price on Japanese vintage in very good condition is anywhere from about $25.00 to $50.00. I had to do a lot of cleaning and oiling on mine to make it to that range.

I purchased my machine in the early to mid 80's. It worked great for many years. Now, the reverse button is not working, so I can no longer use the machine.
