Beef contains CLA(conjugated linoleic acid) which is a fatty acid with anti-cancer properties and other benefits. Grass-fed beef contains about 6 times the amount of CLA than industrial beef. Beef also contains B vitamins, iron, zinc, stearic acid, and provides you with a good source of protein.

Organic grass-fed beef is the healthiest kind of beef!
