It should practice minimum one month.it cures the problem of your mind.Because all problem starting from mind.we should clean the mind by meditation and internalization.Second level- pranayamam(breathing exercise).'nadisudhi' pranayam more effective for all types of arthritis. It increase and rectify your immune system.u should practice this pranayam after the meditation.Third level-postures.start with loosening exercises and start simple yoga.rotate joints clockwise and anti clockwise way.simple stretching postures.do practice study and simple.follow special diets.arthritis is curable disease. We have to change our lifestyle from today. This is journey for a good and better life.
