King Arthur Stories are mainly myth and fantasy ! we dont even know if he existed let alone his parentage .
However popular story tells us that his Father was Uther Pendragon who decieved the lady Igraine, with Merlins help, by taking on the form of her husband in order to lie with her, Arthur being the result of this union.

His father's brothers/ or Arthur's uncles were Ectha and emrys, his aunt was Geraint, and Ectha's two sons were Cei (pronounced Kay) and bedwyr. that is the truth in Arthurs family.
Uther Pendragon and Igraine, the wife of Gorlois the Duke of Cornwall. Uther was under an enchantment to make him appear to Igraine as her husband so she would sleep with him. He got this enchantment from Merlin after making the magician certain committments.

There is no reason to think that 'Pendragon' was ever an hereditary family name. No medieval text ever called Uther Pendragon's son Arthur by the name 'Arthur Pendragon'. That 'Pendragon' was an hereditary title seems to be an invention of Victorian antiquaries and first appears in the writings of the Victorian poet Alfred Tennyson.
