It might be your module, because I too have a 95 Buick Riviera Supercharger, and I just recently replaced my battery, alternator, starter and other misc items. I was driving my car one day and it died, and would not start. I ended up getting the car towed, and my mechanic ran a few test, then he hooked up a used module, and the car started fine. My car was cranking and turning over, it just wasn't starting. You might want to also have your fuel pumped checked, as well as your crank shaft and sensor. Hopefully this helps.
Check your fuel pump/filter located in the fuel tank Cost of parts about $175-200 U.S.
Probably a bad ground from the battery to engine/body.
that would come up on your on board computer, test it with a obd2 scanner an trouble codes will come up, if your car still runs they will test it free at auto-zone or murrays

There could be several reasons a car will crank but not start the engine. One reason for this issue could be the spark plugs are not firing. The car may needs a tune up. A mechanic can fully diagnose the issue concerning the engine not starting.
it could possibly need a tune up change the spark plugs and wires get them tested out first @ auto zone they might not be getting enough fire to them to crank the car.
When you crank it? What are you driving a Model T Ford?
From my experience, If your crank sensors bad the car will not start up at all.
cheap back up to crank sensor. it may allow the car to run with out crank sensor, though poorly

in the olden days they had to crank up their cars to get their car started
A portable crank that used to connect to the crankshaft in the front of the car.
To remove a crank shaft pulley you need to first jack up the car. Next, remove the bold holding the crack shaft pulley in place and remove the unit. Reverse direction to put the new crank shaft pulley on your car.
