You didn't mention the year, make or model vehicle but in many vehicles one fuse covers all the gauges. So if the fuel gauge is the only one that doesn't work, it's probably not the fuse. In most cases fuel gauge issues are caused by a faulty fuel gauge sending unit in the fuel tank.

Yes there should be one for the whole cluster in interior fuse box. Most cars have 2-3 fuse boxes with 1 or 2 inside. It will be in the one closest to dash.

One fuse usually covers all the gauges. You probably have a faulty temp sending unit.
