How do you get summon spells on kingdom hearts 1?

You get the Magnet magic ability after you defeat Oogie Boogie in Christmas town on the Halloween town world. There will be a cut-scene of Oogie falling apart then you obtain it (Magnet magic ability).

If you are tryin to get it for the Ariel world you mustve not gone back to twilight town. go to twilight town and then go to the sandlot there you will find seifer and i think battle him but you will have to defeat nobodies that show up and i think that is when you get magnera but if that doesnt get it then go to jiminys journal and see if you have to do anything in other worlds. if you do an objective in a world you sometimes obtain new magics.

When you hit Level 50, defeat Xigbar in The World That Never Was. Magnera will then be upgraded to Magnega.
