It depends on the paint used.
"Luminous" paint will only last a short time because it will lose its chemical reactants (radioactive paints being unusual).
"Phosphorescent" paint may absorb light energy, then release it again. This will last for a considerable time but not for any great numberof years, because it reacts with other chemicals as well.
they can both last a long time if they are cared for properly, but non-metalic paint lasts slightly longer, because it cant rust out.
Paint Tool SAI trials usually last between 30 to 60 days.

Glow in the paint typically lasts three to four hours depending on their usage. It will lose their longevity, the longer it is exposed to the sunlight's UV rays. If not exposed to the sun, they can last for years.
On average, glow in the dark paint can last between 2 to 8 hours depending on quality and application. It may slowly diminish in brightness over time as it absorbs and releases light energy. Recharging it by exposing it to light can help restore its glow.

Acrylic paint is the best choice for creating handprints on canvas because it is easy to work with, dries quickly, and provides vibrant colors that will last a long time.
Okay for this what you would want to do is buy wooden craft hearts. These also comes in letters, stars, numbers, and many different shapes and sizes. You can simply buy these at Walmart. Then, paint them the color of your room. In my room I have green, dark blue, light blue, and aqua, but use any color you like. It doesn't matter what type of paint it is, it will work. The next thing you will need is glow in the dark paint. DO NOT buy the glow in the dark paint that washes off with water. It doesn't work because every time you wash off your brush it doesn't want to paint. I bought Tulip glow in the dark paint. It has a design tip on the top so it is really easy to draw your design. Once your hearts are dried, paint them with the glow in the dark paint. You can just paint the whole thing or put a design so that is what you will see in the dark when you go to bed. I did designs from checkerboard, smilely face, polka dots, and many others and they are quite awesome in the dark. The next thing you will need is to do is put a string or ribbon on the hearts.Drill a hole and tie your string or ribbon and hang them on your ceiling. For my room I did them differently. I simply hot glued the ribbon onto the back of the hearts and then I tied them onto objects in my room such as, ceiling fan chains, furniture knobs, door knobs, etc. Some of them I even taped onto my walls, Doing this instead of hanging them off my ceiling in a pattern gave them more of a floating-hearts effect. The last thing I would like to tell you is that if you have trouble sleeping at night with light, these won't bother you at all. I know because I have to sleep in a pitch dark room. These have a soft glow to them so they are bright enough to where you can see them, but they aren't to much. Hope this helped :)
It depends on what part of the US. But the most rarest silly bandz are: Ocean/Waves, Justin Bieber Pack, Cyclopse, Glow In The Dark Microphone and the last one is Glow In The Dark Unicorn On A Rainbow. These are the most rarest silly bandz in the US.

The glow of luminol does not last long, typically a few seconds to a minute. After the chemical reaction occurs and the luminescence fades, the glow will not be visible.
These materials absorb light energy in the day and they are able to give off this energy in the dark or at night. Some examples of these materials are glow in the dark stickers, glow in the dark watches and glow in the dark bouncy balls.
No, glow sticks don't last forever. They have a limited life, and it will depend on the stick. Some last for a few minutes, and others last many hours. Size, construction, chemical composition and temperature will generally set the length of life.
