If this is indoor latex and "Not" acrylic, you could simply use a wet sponge or a nonmetallic, relatively smooth edged scrapping implement and a little elbow grease. If you are not able to apply either of those techniques then try this. Latex paint is entirely water soluble, or dissolves easily in water and thus is really only useful on indoor applications. Put a stopper in the drain. Run hot water to above the level of the spilled paint while adding a mild, nonabrasive solvent such as any dishsoap to the water.... lets say 1/3 cup. Let sit for about 15 minutes. Whatever paint remains will easily wipe clean with a sponge either under the water or when water is drained. Matthew David Black existencebeyondperception@msn.com
try asitone nail polish, sock cottonball n let it sit for a minute or two then scrap off with hard plastic spachula
I found out that Rubbing alcohol will remove dried latex paint on hard wood floors.
It depends on the type of paint. Lacquer thinner will remove most oil based and latex paints from a paint sprayer, however, spray gun cleaner will remove it better.
It really depends on if it is latex or oil based. Latex is easier to remove if it fresh. ( a few days old).you can obtain a latex paint remover from most paint stores or home supply stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Valu). Oil based is a lot harder to remove when dried. There might be a remover at the same stores.
No. If it is a latex paint, it is not flammable when its wet or dry. If its an oil paint, it is not flammable when it is dry.
If I was going to repaint this, then I'd remove both the latex and the old oil base with a chemical stripper. Then re-prime it and paint.
i have dried white latex paint on car seat. what do i do to remove it?

Use a single edged razor scraper.

Depends on the paint. If latex based, scrub it first with hot water, then put in washing machine. If oil based try scrubbing with paint thinner then Goof Off, then washing in cold water. If dried more than a day, most paint is impossible to remove.
Getting latex paint out of clothes Ammonia will get latex paint out of anything. It actually dissolves it so soaking would be in order if it has been dried on for some time. Scrub it ever so often to help the ammonia along. Do it in a well ventilated area as the ammonia gives off fumes. Be aware of what you are soaking as ammonia can also dissolve some glues as well. Luckily, it is possible to remove the paint, even if you don't find the stain until it has dried. Paint is either oil-based or water-based (latex), so the steps for removing the stain differ, depending on which type of paint has stained the fabric.
Possibly if it's latex paint.
The ingredient in glossy paint is acrylic. You cannot remove that ingredient.
