There's a system on deviantART called "thumbs". It's like each deviation (Artwork)'s ID, in some way. It's usually written :thumb#: where # is the number of the deviation in which you wish to display.
Each Stamp has it's own Thumb # as well, so you find it on the deviation's page and simply paste it into your journal along with the rest of your post.
Please note: you need to be a premium member (paid membership) in order for your Thumbnails (so therefore stamps) to show up in your journal.
