well i think to make a webshow you just gotta be FUNNY!!! just post it on YouTube and remember to be funny and entertaining. or instead of a webshow you could just make funny videos. there are these 2 websites with vids on them and its nothing fancy:

you can't. making a website like that with games, songs and videos could take up to years, especially for a kid your age.(I'm assuming since you actually want a website like icarly) you can, however, write an online blog/diary, or start posting videos on youtube. I suggest doing the above because all you're gonna be doing is getting yourself into trouble by giving out your parent's credit card information and you're gonna end up having to pay for what you spent, cause it's impossible to create a site as fancy and techy as icarly for free.

actually you can just ask ur mom or dad or guardian to see if u can borrow there tape recorder and post it to your website and u can get games a girls go games.com and get games for your website and u can download u singing something on a camera or tape recorder but have ur guardians permission first!!!!! and look up how to start a website and click on the icon that says square something trust me I looked it up myself!

You don't you have to pay, You have to pay for a domain name at least. There may be a couple of hosting websites which are free, but they are truly hard to find and won't have as much space as the hosting packages you pay. You must design your website if you have skills and the software you can do it yourself or you can pay a web designer to design it for you or if you have a friend who is great with designing as stuff (Like freddy) they might do it for you. Having a website is not just free.
