I prefer film cameras to digital cameras. The pictures look better.
A digital camera is a portable camera that runs on batteries and usually has a slot for a memory card to save pictures and videos to. They generally have better image quality, presently ranging from around 8-12 megapixels on average. This is what you usually see people carrying around for taking pictures. A webcam is a small camera that connects to a computer [or is built into a laptop] and is generally used for video chats online. They have lower quality than a digital camera.

The digital computer camera does not require film to take pictures. Once a picture is taken, it can be downloaded onto a computer to view and print whereas a film camera would need to have their film developed.
If your camera shows up as a removable drive, just copy the pictures over. If not, consult the manual or be more specific about the camera.
You just take pictures and then take the chip from your camera and put it in the computer( its either on the left or right on the side) then just make files you want the pictures in. then you are done
Sometimes there is a spot to connect a wire from your camera to the computer, that way you can upload pictures on Facebook or save them on your computer.
First, the pictures from the digital camera are transferred to a computer through a card reader or the camera's USB. Then it is printed on photo paper, a special type of paper which has gloss. Simple as that.
The easiest way to put pictures on your camera would be to get a card reader and plug that into your computer. Then drag the pictures on your computer into the same folder as the one where your camera stores pictures when you take them.
It is an input device because you are inputting pictures from the camera to the computer. It could also be considered an output device since it can display the pictures on its LCD display.
