You can edit pictures by downloading a software called Photo shop. That way you can airbrush it and do much more!! You can do simple editing with other software but photo shop is probably the best! - - - - - Excuse me. You do NOT download Photoshop. You BUY Photoshop. It's a commercial product. If you want something downloadable, there's a program called GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) which is pretty good, and free.
I suspend them in a jar with a rubber lid that grips the handles and lets the brush sit in a liquid. I have 3 of these, one for enamel paint brushes, one for varnish brushes and one for PVA and acrylic brushes. I put water with a little bit of dish soap in this last one, and let the brushes soak for a day after use, then dry them. -I've had some brushes 10 years or more.

Open the one labeled Brushes; place the new brush file with the .abr. extension in it. In the brush setting in Photoshop, find Load Brushes, click the file and press open. You can now select it for use.
There is no such option in Photoshop. If you mean Vector Photoshop shapes then the shapes can be used for infinite things in Photoshop such as layers, masks, as frames, as a source for selections, as a source for actual brushes, for patterns, for exporting to other applications, used in shape blurs, used as cookie cutters in Photoshop elements. Illustrator vector brushes exist as do expression and Xara vector brushes and many others but sadly, as yet, Photoshop has no vector format brushes.
