practice- update your vocabulary- make small speeches in front of people- have small debates that you can get your point across clearly but not over dominate to make one feel inferrer or less then-also listening is more so important then just giving advise

i want to improve it and to practise talking through my friend,,keep reading books and magazines and listening the radio and watching english movie.
