A belly button piercing can be a lot of fun, but it must be kept absolutely clean. It is a piercing that is easily infected, and when it does get infected, it's pretty bad. After getting pierced, clean the area twice a day (as well as after the shower, after swimming in the beach, etc). Also know that after the belly button ring is removed, there will be a small scar that can stretch (permanently) during pregnancy.
Not if you don't mind people looking it all depends how self conscious you are. i would wear a 1 peice just so you can have fun and not have to worry about it
Probably less than when you got it new!The scar tissue is dead tissue, meaning the nerve endings are no so sensitive as they were when you first did your piercing.
pain in upper abdomen usually 20 to 30 minutes after eating, Pain is so bad that you stop eating due to the pain
Sounds like the heart "murmor" You should talk to your doctor about it.
okay so i am 14 years old and me and my friend 2 yeras ago got our belly buttons pirced. my uncle did it for us because he does pirceings and tattoos but i was still scared. me and my friend both started to cry before we got are belly pirced but then when h said that he was read to pirce mine i but my i pod in my ears and closed my eyes i was so scared and all i was doind was crying. i tried to listen to the music and get it off my mind but i didnt wotk. she then he went in and he pirced my belly button. it hurt a little bit but i think that was because i tensed up but after that it didn't hurt that bad. now i am 14 years old and i could say that i got my belly button pirced it looks so cool and my frined got hers to. i have a blue one in right now and she has a pink one. also my mom got one to and she looks hot. but when you get your belly button pirced it doesn't hurt when you eat but if you like bend over or do something to hurt the belly button area it hurts a little bit but that like only for the first few days.
Your navel, aka your belly button, should not hurt. You should see a doctor.
Yes, wait about a month
When I got mine done it was a throbbing pain. Its hurt bad. Like a nagging pain
Where I live you have to be at least 15 and have your parent with ID with you. I got my belly button pierced when I was 16 and it didn't hurt at all. The healing process hurt a little at times but overall wasn't that bad.
honestly, it doesnt hurt that bad. i was 13 when i got it done and i have a pretty low pain tolerance. its just that feeling almost like a needle. and then a little tug to get it through if you have tough skin like i did. and then its done. it goes super fast.
Mine did. Not as bad as it did right after it got pierced though.
It all depends on your pain tollerence, when I got mine done it hurt, but not that bad, scale on 1-10 (10 being unbearable) it was a 3. My piercer did not freeze it, so I am pretty sure they do not freeze them anywhere. =]
well a shot is worse then a belly button piercings because a shot can hurt you so bad you will have to go to the hospertal but a belly button piercings will just sting
There will be more scar tissue than normal, but otherwise no.
Appendicitis Symptoms The main symptom of appendicitis is belly (abdominal) pain. The pain can feel like indigestion or like you need to have a bowel movement or pass gas. Many people feel the first pain near the belly button. Then it moves to the lower right side of the belly. But the pain can be in different parts of your belly or even on your side. The pain may get worse if you move, walk, or cough. You may also have a fever or feel sick to your stomach. Many people who have had appendicitis say the pain is hard to describe. It may not feel like any pain you have had before. It may not even be a very bad pain, but you may feel like something is wrong. If you have moderate belly pain that does not go away after 4 hours, call your doctor. If you have severe belly pain, call your doctor right away. You may have appendicitis if: * You have pain in your belly. The pain may begin around your belly button. * The pain in your belly gets stronger and moves below your belly button on your right side (the lower right quadrant). This is the most common place to feel pain when you have appendicitis. * The pain does not go away and gets worse when you move, walk, or cough. * You have pain in any part of your belly or on your side. * You feel nauseated or throw up a few times. You also may not feel like eating. * You have constipation, back pain, a slight fever, or a swollen abdomen. Some people do not have the symptoms listed above. Older people, children younger than 2 years, and pregnant women may not have pain in the lower right part of the belly. Other people feel pain in their side because their appendix is in a different position than normal. Pain in the abdomen is very common. There are also many conditions with symptoms similar to appendicitis. But because appendicitis can become serious in a short amount of time, call your doctor right away if you have any of the symptoms listed above. Treatment is much easier if the appendix has not ruptured. In most people, the appendix does not rupture until they have felt sick for at least 24 hours. http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/appendicitis-symptoms
