the only way to get to the sinjoh ruins is with a 12th movie edition arceus which can only be attained by an event (which is long gone) or action replay it, one from another game will not work. You'll know if you have the right one because it's moves are: Judgement, Roar of Time, Spacial Rend and Shadow Force
