Go to your local hardware store and ask them this question. There are all sorts of products to get rid of that rust (most of it) before going to the expense of putting a liner up. Answer I agree: fix the cause of the rust and remove the rust before attempting to cover it up. If not, you will have problems down the road.
you can put it over but the wall will look a bit fat
If the white is glossy, I would use a white primer. If not, then I would put paint colour directly/
It shouldn't be a problem. The glue is water based and the mud should adhere to it.
It's the same as any other wall. The sponge pattern may show through, but should be random enough that it will not matter. Depending on the color on the wall and the quality of the paint you put on it, two coats may be needed. Use a primer if one of the sponged colors is a deep tone.
You can paint over wall paper. However it is recommended that you prime with an oil based primer. Kilz Original for example. Most wall papers use water based glues for adhesion. If you put a waterbased topcoat over the the wallpaper it could penetrate the wall paper and cause the glue to release. You can use a waterbased top coat such as Kilz Casual Colors over the top of the oil based primer.

Because the drum could rust through and release the chemicals, or be contacted by electricity and cause a fire...if you need to store toxic chemicals in a metal drum, you put a drum liner in first, and pour the chemicals into the liner. A drum liner is a very thick plastic bag.
Yes you can, it will void your warranty on the pool wall, but it can be done. Make a template from the existing skimmer hole so you can cut in the new hole. After the liner is removed simply duct tape a piece of galvanized sheet metal, paint the cut edges as to prevent rust, ofer the holes for the skimmer and return. Make sure the sheet metal is at least 6"-10" past the existing holes. The duct tape only holds the metal in place and protects the liner from sharp edges.
That's a lot easier to do BEFORE you put the water in the pool. If you've already put water in the pool, it will be difficult to do without tearing the liner. Water is a little over 8 pounds per gallon, so it really presses down on the liner.
I have personally experienced the damage you are talking about. I got too close my pool with my weeder and it put 5 holes along the side. I had to replace my entire pool walls and liner. I sugggest that you put white rocks or mulch around your pool, it helps to prevent this from happening. Good luck.
I believe that when chlorinated water splashes on the limestone, it will create a crossive environment that may be adverse to the metal wall.
i apply the shadow fist then the liner that way u dont smer the liner i also finf that if you have smaller eyes then it is best to just aply liner to the top lid, aplying it to the bottom tends to make eyes look smaller!!!!! Well me, I like to put on eyeliner first, cause it is easier. The reason why is when I put on foundation or compact, I don't want to get that all over my fingers, so I put on eyeliner first, then everything else. I have small eyes, and it is hard to put on liquid eyeliner...
It depends upon the strength of the glass.
Our pool has been over filled with water and is now got water under it with bubles, i just put it in, can it be repaired or do I need to have one reinstalled????
A hole in the liner is more likely to suck dirt out then let it in.
The Titanic was a luxury liner. The liner to my pool has split and it is now leaking water.
yes,you can use diesel to clean tools. what you do is put hand tools that has oil, rust or other stains and put them in a bucket or a pan of diesel over night and thay will look good as new.
