Yes. On NKTEL A200 model you can install games having extension of app found on china mobile site.
1) If you do not understand Chinese then use Google chrome browser or FireFox browser. Or any browser which can support translation of websites to other language. I did try this and successfully downloaded many games. Some of them worked on my NKTEL A200 well.
